Kathy Wang
Executive Director
Kathy is a 15-year-old high school sophomore who founded Water4Plants. She is open to building a more resource-accessible community and reaching out to other initiatives for greater support. Kathy has also started this nonprofit because she wants to help her former home city, Cleveland, find comfort through a community initiative and bring joy rather than stress during mealtimes.
Grace Yu
Director of Outreach
Grace is a 15-year-old high school sophomore who serves as a communicator between the two schools. Grace wants to combat food insecurity because she believes that access to food is a human right, yet many people are still denied it due to systemic inequalities and financial hardships. Food is a right, not a privilege.

Fatima Shah
Fundraising & Grant Advisor
Fatima is a rising high school sophomore. She wants to help fight food insecurity because something as essential as food shouldn’t be out of reach for anyone. Seeing how much perfectly good food goes to waste while others struggle to access regular meals motivates me to help contribute to the solution.
